Introduction

This policy explains how Limar Homes (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use limarhomes.com or contact us. Limar Homes, Akadimias 17, Athens, Greece, is the controller responsible for the processing described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us or what your browser sends:

  • Contact and enquiry details — name, email address, phone number and your message, when you send an enquiry, request a brochure or book a call.
  • Newsletter data — your email address and the date and wording of your sign-up, when you subscribe.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookie identifiers, processed by the services listed under “Who We Share Data With” and governed by our Cookie Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We process personal data only with a legal basis under GDPR Article 6:

  • To answer your enquiry, send a requested brochure or arrange a viewing — necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To send our newsletter and project updates — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and measure site performance — our legitimate interest in running the website safely (Art. 6(1)(f)), with analytics running only after you consent to statistics cookies.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers (processors) that run parts of the site for us:

  • Enquiries: Make.com (workflow automation) routes contact-form messages to our team.
  • Brochures & newsletter: Zoho Flow and Zoho Campaigns deliver brochures and manage our mailing list.
  • Website infrastructure: Vercel (hosting and, with consent, analytics), Supabase (project database) and Sanity (content management).
  • Google services: Tag Manager and Analytics (with consent), reCAPTCHA spam protection and embedded Google Maps.
  • Cookiebot (consent management) and Calendly (meeting scheduling, if you book a call).

International Transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States or India). Where they do, transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How Long We Keep Data

Enquiry and brochure-request data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Consent records are retained for as long as we must be able to demonstrate them.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your experience. You can accept or reject cookies via our cookie consent banner. For more details, visit our Cookie Policy.

Data Protection & Security

We implement security measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct or delete your data, and receive a copy of it in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw any consent at any time without affecting past processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
